What they built
Founded MonitorMyPlanet.com, an open-science platform for planetary defense and asteroid characterization using open data, algorithms, and space research. Her flagship project NEPTUNE (Novel Exoplanet Prediction Technique Using N-body Simulations) won Third Grand Award in Physics & Astronomy at Regeneron ISEF 2025. She also created award-winning code that models asteroid trajectories to help identify near-Earth threats, connected to NASA's DART mission. Her planetary defense research won Canada-Wide Science Fair Top Award in both 2022 and 2023 (youngest and first back-to-back winner in 33 years), Second Prize at European Union Contest for Young Scientists 2023, and NASA SpaceApps Challenge Global Winner 2020. She has published peer-reviewed research and is recognized as one of Canada's top young scientists.
