Raul John Aju founded Arm Technologies (also known as AI Realm Technologies) at age 16 in Kochi, Kerala — an AI startup that builds legal bots, automation tools, humanoid robotics, and AI-powered digital clones. His most well-known creation is Me-bot, a humanoid robot that replicates his own voice and answers complex questions autonomously. The company operates independently, with Raul having hired his own father as an employee, and advises governments in India on AI strategy. His work directly addresses the gap in accessible AI education and deployment tools across South and Southeast Asia.
