What they built

Shaan Guru founded Green Guru Project, a registered 501(c)(3), to address food insecurity, food waste, sustainability, and financial literacy through community-scale systems. The project partners with Panera Day-End Dough-Nation to rescue surplus food, has redistributed more than 1,750 pounds of food, runs financial literacy classes, and is working on renewable-energy/upcycling efforts for unrecoverable organic waste.
