What they built

Tejasvi built Shield Seniors, a website and AI-powered platform that educates senior citizens about cybersecurity and helps them detect online scams. Inspired by her grandfather nearly falling victim to a phishing scam, she created tools including an AI chatbot, a suspicious-message and image analyzer, and conducts in-person workshops at senior centers. The project tackles the financial, emotional, and social harm caused by digital fraud targeting older adults—one of the fastest-growing crime categories in the US.
